I read Chuvaness’ entry regarding Chicken Kiev and saw a lot of rave comments about Conti’s version so I decided to try it last weekend. I think it would have been better off without the cream sauce. I think the sauce overpowered the flavor and the herbs inside the chicken. Next time I shall try it and ask for the cream sauce to be separated. Nevertheless, it still looks yummy in the photo. Made me hungry just by looking at it. 3 notes:
